Life coaching is suitable for most people including those who are already successful, well-adjusted and emotionally healthy. You might currently be feeling overwhelmed or demotivated at work, stuck in a rut, unhappy in your relationship, or simply just feel like you need clarity of thought. If so, Life Coaching could benefit to you.
What is it?
Life Coaching is a collaborative relationship formed with a Life Coach like myself that is designed to facilitate positive change through support, establishing goals and implementing simple but effective tools. It deals with almost all areas of life including work, relationships, health/wellbeing and personal development.
How does it work?
My role as your Life Coach is to provide professional ongoing support and a safe place to talk through how you are currently feeling. We will begin with an initial meeting either in person or virtually where we will identify which aspect of your life you wish to work on. We will then start to explore how you can achieve your goal/s through bespoke tools and strategies over a course of sessions.
